Research Fellow Agnes Arnold-Forster will be talking about her research on BBC Radio 3 on 14 November 2018.
From death cafes to bronze age burials, nineteenth-century mourning rings to the way doctors and nurses cope when patients die. In this 'Free Thinking' programme, Eleanor Barraclough is looking at research showcased in the Being Human Festival at UK universities.
Among the researchers appearing on the show is Agnes, who will be talking about her oral history interviews with practising surgeons, which have touched on questions of grief and how practitioners deal with death.
The programme will air at 10pm on 14 November.
